Aress LLC (Just Staffing) knows that good people refer good people. For this reason, Aress LLC is excited to introduce a Cash Referral Program for candidates and clients. You do not need to work for Aress LLC to be eligible for this bonus.
The Candidate Referral Program is simple - refer an individual not currently in the Aress LLC database (contract, contract-to-hire, or direct hire) and if Aress LLC can match their talent with a client's needs, you earn $500.00.
The Client Referral Program is similar. Refer a client with whom Aress LLC has not previously done business and if Aress LLC is able to assist with their staffing needs, you earn $500.00.
* Bonuses are paid after a guarantee period of as little as three months. Help Desk and Technical Support position referrals will receive a smaller bonus based on profit margin and at Aress LLC's discretion. |

| Contract/Contract-to-Hire |
| • The candidate must be on assignment as a contractor for a minimum of three months. |
| • The candidate must work a minimum of 500 billable hours. |
| • There can be no active client dispute of payment for these hours. |
| • The referral bonus will be paid on the 15th day of the month after these commitments have been met. |
| • Referral candidates must begin an assignment within three months from the time the individual is referred. |

| Direct Hire |
| If your referral is placed as a direct hire : |
| • Aress LLC must have received the placement fee and all guarantees/warranties must be met. |
| • Aress LLC must have received the placement fee and all guarantees/warranties must be met. |
| • Referral candidates must be placed within three months from the time the individual is referred. Bonus eligibility expires after three months. |

| *Only one referral bonus is paid per placed individual. |

| Client/Position Referral |
| • All provisions for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire referrals apply to client/position referrals. |
